Day 01 – Arrive Cochin

After your arrival at the Kochi airport, you will be greeted by our airport transfer staff and will then proceed towards the beautiful part of town called Fort Kochi. This sleepy suburb is brimming with sights such as the St. Francis Church, the oldest church in India, old Portuguese houses, local fishermen and their Chinese fishing nets, a 16th century Jewish synagogue and the Mattancherry Palace, built by the Portuguese and containing elegant murals. Later, you could venture into shops in Fort Kochi and Cochin city where overnight stay will be arranged at the Taj Malabar – Superior Charm Heritage Room.

Day 02 – Munnar (Hill Station – 4 hrs)

The second day starts with an early morning drive, after breakfast, to Munnar to witness the sprawling tea gardens and little hills along the western ghats. The drive would cover 130 Kms over 4 hours and will also include a stop at Cheeyappara waterfalls. Sparsely populated Munnar is primarily covered by extensive Tata tea plantations. You will be checking in at one of the best honeymoon hotels in Munnar, the Spice Tree Resort – Jacuzzi Bungalow and spending the night.

Day 03 – In Munnar

Sightseeing starts in the morning with trips to Mattupetty, Echo Point, Tea Museum and Pothamedu, together with the option of an enjoyable boat ride in the lake. Overnight stay will be at the Spice Tree Resort – Jacuzzi Bungalow.

Day 04 – Thekkady (Periyar)

Your honeymoon continues with a morning drive through the Cardamom hills to Thekkady, covering 110 kms/3.5 hours. Post lunch visits include spice plantations of cardamom and pepper as well as tea and coffee estates. You could also shop for exotic and fragrant spices on the return journey to the hotel. Overnight stay will be at Poetree Sarovar Portico

Day 05 – Houseboat

After breakfast is another morning drive to Alleppey, popularly called the Venice of the East, to see the winding canals and an amazing network of backwaters. On arrival, you will be checking in to a traditional Kerala houseboat which will take you on a fabulous tour of the backwaters. Overnight stay will be in the Houseboat – Luxury A/C.

Day 06 – Kovalam

Following breakfast, on the penultimate day of your one week Kerala honeymoon, is a drive to the gorgeous crescent beach of Kovalam, rated in the top 100 beaches in the world. On arrival, you will be checking in to Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa – Superior Room and after an unwinding day at the beach, heading back to the hotel to spend the night.

Day 07 – Departure

After breakfast, our transfer services will take you to Trivandrum International Airport for your return home.
